Who can work in the Police?

  • a Polish citizen of impeccable reputation
  • who has not been convicted by a final court judgment for a crime or a fiscal offense
  • enjoying full public rights
  • with at least secondary education
  • physically and mentally capable of serving in armed formations subject to special service discipline, which they are prepared to obey
  • providing assurance of maintaining confidentiality in accordance with the requirements set out in regulations on the protection of classified information;
  • in addition, persons subject to military qualification should have their military-service status regulated.
