On Wednesday afternoon (February 20), on Kościuszki Street (at the level of the IBF company), there was a serious gas pipeline leak. The leak occurred at a weld in the steel gas pipeline. Gas emergency service crews have been repairing the failure since yesterday.
Artur Michniewicz, spokesperson for Polska Spółka Gazownictwa, Artur Michniewicz assures that today, within the next few hours, the situation will return to normal and the damaged section will be restored to operation. The spokesperson also reassures residents that the situation is under control and that there is no danger to people.
