On 13 February, the Municipal Police Headquarters in Legnica received a report from a woman stating that an unknown man was banging on her door.
A patrol from the Independent Police Prevention Unit in Legnica went to the scene. The officers did not confirm the report; they found only the caller—a 28-year-old resident of Legnica.
However, it turned out that the woman was wanted by the District Court in Legnica because she had to serve a 12-month prison sentence.
The 28-year-old was arrested and has already been taken to a correctional facility.
