At the scene, officers found a 42-year-old woman and two men. All three were drinking alcohol together. (A 4-year-old girl, the 42-year-old’s daughter, was also in the apartment.)
It turned out that the girl’s mother was completely drunk. A test showed more than 3 per mille. After being examined by doctors, the child was taken to the Children’s Home in Jelenia Góra, while the irresponsible mother was placed in police custody.
