The city budget includes PLN 820,000 for this purpose. Six applications have been selected for grants because they meet the formal and substantive requirements and the proposed work is justified.
The planned grants concern:
- renovation of the façade of the tenement house by the market square at 1 Zacisze Street – PLN 270,000
- renovation of the roof covering on the residential building at 7 Zwycięstwa Street – PLN 20,000
- renovation of the roof covering on the residential building at 12 Wojska Polskiego Avenue – PLN 20,000
- renovation of the façade of the tenement house by the market square at 4 Teatralna Street – PLN 160,000
- conservation and restoration of the Stations of the Cross paintings in the parish church of Our Lady of Perpetual Help at 1b Zamkowy Square (stage II) – PLN 140,000
- comprehensive conservation work on the Gothic Church of Our Lady of the Rosary at 1a Ceramiczna Street. First stage: vertical insulation of the church walls and renovation of damp interior plaster – PLN 210,000.
The planned conservation work on the listed properties is intended to restore the former architectural form, artistic value and utility of the buildings, which have been damaged or altered. The renovation work will be carried out under the supervision of the Voivodeship Conservator of Historic Monuments.
