The county hospital in Bolesławiec has been receiving equipment from the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity for nearly 25 years. So far, the facility has received more than 70 items, including mattresses, hospital beds, patient transport trolleys, resuscitation stations, cardiac monitors and incubators.

The latest device—a resuscitation unit for infants—was received by the hospital at the end of December last year.

The value of the equipment that has been delivered to the Bolesławiec ZOZ for nearly a quarter of a century is close to PLN 700,000. The departments benefiting most were pediatrics, neonatology and internal medicine.

It is worth emphasizing that some of the devices purchased by WOŚP are used every day.

Let us recall that during last year's Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity finale, Bolesławiec raised: PLN 84,128.99, EUR 311.78, 200 Czech korunas, GBP 13 and USD 1.
