Bolesławiec police officers detained a 42-year-old man suspected of making threats and attempting to force a change in testimony. The victim was the detainee’s former cohabiting partner.
According to investigators, the man from Bolesławiec threatened the woman and, using violence, tried to force her to change her testimony.
The court ordered the suspect to be held in temporary custody for three months. The aggressor could now face up to three years in prison.
