Who can serve in the Police?

  • a Polish citizen of impeccable reputation who has not been convicted by a final court judgment of a crime or a fiscal offence
  • enjoying full public rights
  • having at least secondary education
  • having the physical and mental capacity to serve in armed formations subject to special official discipline, to which they are willing to submit
  • providing assurance of maintaining confidentiality in accordance with the requirements set out in regulations on the protection of classified information
  • in addition, people subject to military qualification should have a regulated status with regard to military service.

People interested in joining the Police should submit their documents in person to the Human Resources and Training Unit of the District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec at 20 Zygmunta Augusta Street—from Monday to Friday, between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.; tel. 75 649 62 58.
