The meeting was organized at the request of the Bolesławiec County head to discuss current problems and exchange information between the civil and military services in an imaginary armed conflict.

According to the assumed scenario, the services operated under wartime conditions, while the deteriorating situation prevented the civilian services from carrying out their tasks.

Due to the dynamic situation in our country and the growing number of problems associated with the outbreak of war, the meeting addressed joint tasks that would enable coordination between the civil and military services.
