Ladies and Gentlemen!
I am a member of the Bolesławiec County Board. I am married and have two adult children: a daughter, Agnieszka, who is a media educator and property manager, and a son, Adrian, a military physician, head of department, and specialist in dermatology and venereology.
I am the proud grandfather of four granddaughters.
I was a soldier for 37 years. I left active service with the rank of colonel. I progressed through every level of a commanding career. I had the honor of commanding a missile regiment, and I served as commander of the Military Recruitment Office and commander of the Bolesławiec Garrison.
After graduating from the Military Academy, I completed civilian studies in economics, as well as postgraduate studies in combating unemployment and postgraduate studies for candidates for supervisory board membership.
The military taught me how to lead large teams, cooperate with them, and take responsibility for subordinates.
I am particularly familiar with and close to the communities of veterans, Siberian deportees, people from the Eastern Borderlands, breast cancer survivors, people with disabilities, allotment gardeners, pensioners, trade unions (including OPZZ and ZNP), professional soldiers and uniformed services, as well as public-sector employees.
I know very well the value of the words honor, dignity, duty, and responsibility. I demonstrated and applied these values in public service as a local-government official (councilor, deputy county executive, and board member).
I am running for the County Council because I believe that my experience, knowledge, and competences are appropriate. There are many matters to address. Through my commitment, I will try to help as I have done so far.
I kindly ask for your vote in the elections. District 1, list 5, position 1.
