The incident occurred on Friday, October 12, at around 9:00 p.m., in the village of Milików (Nowogrodziec gmina). A 20-year-old resident of our county, who was probably driving too fast, lost control of the vehicle, went into a ditch and rolled over.
The man was sober. According to the officers’ preliminary findings, the 20-year-old was not wearing a seat belt.
The car driver was injured. He was taken to the hospital in Bolesławiec.
