What is this about?
As we read in the justification for the draft resolution on “consenting to the donation to Powiat Bolesławiecki of a plot of land located in Bolesławiec at Adama Asnyka Street”, during the redevelopment of the so-called round building, which included, among other things, the installation of a lift for people with disabilities, it was found that the steps leading to the building entrance are located... outside the boundaries of the property belonging to Powiat Bolesławiecki.
The county authorities asked the municipal office to transfer this property free of charge in the form of a donation.
Municipal officials add in the justification of the aforementioned document:
The value of the donated property, according to the valuation report prepared [...] on 21 May 2018, amounts to PLN 1,650 net (in words: one thousand six hundred and fifty zlotys).
