The incident occurred on Friday, September 14, at around 11:30 p.m., in Zebrzydowa (Nowogrodziec gmina). The driver of a Volkswagen, a 22-year-old resident of Warta Bolesławiecka gmina, failed to adjust his speed to the road conditions, lost control of the vehicle and crashed into the fence of a roadside property. The car overturned.
Fortunately, neither the driver nor the two passengers suffered any serious injuries. The offender was fined PLN 250.
