The incident occurred on Monday, September 3, at approximately 5:30 p.m. in Czerna (Nowogrodziec commune). The driver of a Volkswagen Polo, a 35-year-old man from Bolesławiec County, failed to yield the right of way to a Toyota driven by a 48-year-old resident of our county.
The vehicles collided, and a 79-year-old Toyota passenger was injured. The woman was taken to hospital. (Fortunately, she suffered no serious injuries, and the entire incident was classified as a collision).
The 35-year-old was fined PLN 250.
