We are returning to the matter of the storm drains on Chrobrego Street. Konrad Antkowiak, spokesperson for the Lower Silesian Roads and Railways Service:
The storm drains located in the provincial road no. 363 in Bolesławiec (Bolesława Chrobrego Street) will be cleaned and inspected.
He added:
The adjustment of manhole covers and street inlets will then be carried out. The remaining storm drains along the entire length of Chrobrego Street will also be inspected.
Let us recall. A week ago, we wrote that a Reader had called us and informed the editorial office about a sinking storm drain on Chrobrego Street in Bolesławiec, near Lidl and next to the bus stop.
“If a truck drives over it at night, it makes a terrible bang. It even jumps up to the top,” a Bolesławiec resident told us. “If they do nothing about it, there will be an accident there.”
