Officers from the Bolesławiec police unit detained a 60-year-old man who was growing cannabis next to his home. (Exceptionally robust plants were growing between two buildings.) Five plants were growing upwards in the open air, while another two were in a polytunnel.
The suspect admitted that the cultivation belonged to him. The Bolesławiec resident explained that marijuana helped with his health problems.
The 60-year-old has already been charged. He faces up to three years in prison.
