The incident occurred on Friday, July 27, at around 12:00 p.m., on Zgorzelecka Street, near the Carrefour store. We received reports that a cyclist might have been hit there. The truth turned out to be different: a man with epilepsy was riding his bicycle. At one point, he felt that an epileptic seizure was approaching. He got off the bicycle onto the pavement.
The police and an emergency medical team were called to the scene. The man was taken to hospital.
