I would like to draw attention to the rubbish on Tadka Jasińskiego Street. The way things look now (the attached photo was taken this morning) has never happened before. But there have been occasions when rubbish blocked access to a parking space. And when it was windy, many of the lighter items would “fly” around the area. Yesterday and today it was hot, and the rubbish stinks. The worst thing about all this is that it is being done by one of the residents. Only people with a barrier gate remote can access the containers. And only residents of the building received one.

Last time, I reported the matter to the municipal police. They advised me to call MZGK, which is responsible for collecting the rubbish. That is what happened, and the next day everything was gone. From what I was told, anyone who wants to dispose of rubbish can call MZGK, which will collect it free of charge. But you have to call…

The woman appeals:

For God’s sake, don’t do this on Saturday; don’t leave rubbish on our doorstep—or your own.

We have written many times in these pages about the filth that dirty people leave in various places across our county. We have also often asked for comments on the matter—from the municipal police on some occasions, and from the Municipal Housing Management Company on others. (Of course, when the matter concerned Miasto Ceramiki).

We understand that this problem cannot be eliminated completely. We know that officers cannot be stationed in one place around the clock. So perhaps it is worth—AGAIN, perhaps somewhat naively—appealing to some residents not to turn the streets into a pigsty. Especially now, when summer is in full swing and Bolesławiec residents are certainly going for walks more often. And quite frequently with small children.
