The incident occurred on Sunday after 6:00 p.m. A man relaxing by the Krępnica reservoir noticed that another man, approximately 50 years old, had entered the water to swim and had not come back out.
Several teams of firefighters were sent to the scene, including two crews with inflatable boats.
After several dozen minutes, the operation was called off because the man was found on the shore, far from where he had entered the water. He was lying in the grass; other people had helped him get out of the water.
Fortunately, everything ended well.
