Firefighters were notified by Mr Kamil, who heard a dog whimpering. The animal could not get out of a small pond located on a plot of land.
The pond was lined with plastic sheeting, so whenever the dog tried to climb out onto the bank, it slipped back down and fell into the water, and was already beginning to lose strength.
Because the plot was locked and nobody was there, Mr Kamil decided to notify the emergency services.
Thanks to his vigilance and the firefighters’ efforts, the dog was brought to dry land. The joy of the animal and the firefighters knew no bounds.
