We have received disturbing information indicating that unidentified individuals in Bolesławiec County are spreading claims that computer equipment will be sold (liquidated) at the Bolesławiec County Office on 29 June 2018. The information received, although not yet fully confirmed, indicates that the people spreading this claim are collecting money from those interested in purchasing the equipment, saying that they should report to the Bolesławiec County Office to collect it.
I categorically deny the claims that computer equipment or any other items are to be sold at the Bolesławiec County Office. I stress that no employee of the County Office or any of the County’s organizational units is authorized to collect any money whatsoever—especially cash—from County residents for computer equipment.
If the information provided to us is true, there is a very high probability that fraud has been committed. Anyone who has paid the specified amounts of money should report to the nearest police station to file a report of a crime.
