The incident occurred on Wednesday, 18 April, in Zebrzydowa (Nowogrodziec commune). A 20-year-old woman from Nowogrodziec commune, driving a Mazda, failed to give way to a 62-year-old woman from Nowogrodziec driving an Alfa Romeo as she was turning left. The cars collided. Three people were injured in the accident: both drivers and the Mazda passenger, who is the perpetrator’s sister in private life.
The three injured women were taken to hospital. It is not yet known how serious their injuries are. The 20-year-old will lose her driving licence.
