We received a tip from a reader that a young man suspected of the murder that took place in Oleszna Podgórska (Lwówek County) had hanged himself in Warta Bolesławiecka. On March 30, the lwowecki.info website reported on the case as follows:
As Marek Śledziona, acting Prosecutor of the District Prosecutor’s Office in Lwówek Śląski, explained to us, a post-mortem examination was carried out yesterday and revealed numerous stab wounds on the victim’s body, inflicted with a sharp instrument.
Unofficially, it is said that the man was stabbed more than twenty times.
The Lwówek news outlet also reported that an intensive search for the suspect was under way. Today, we received information that the man in question had hanged himself in Warta Bolesławiecka. Unfortunately, neither the police nor the prosecutor’s offices—those in Lwówek and Bolesławiec—are providing any information on the matter.
We will return to this case.
