Both fires occurred on Sunday, 11 February. The matter was reported on their website by volunteer firefighters from Osiecznica:
[…] at around 5:30 p.m. we were dispatched to a shed fire in Osieczów; after returning to the fire station, we were dispatched once again, this time to a gazebo fire in Osiecznica.
In both operations, alongside the firefighters from Osiecznica, firefighters from Bolesławiec, Przejęsław and Ławszowa also took part.
Later, at around 10:00 p.m., two more fires occurred: soot in a chimney in Osiecznica and a hunting pulpit. Does this mean that an arsonist is operating in Osiecznica municipality? (In three cases—the shed, gazebo and hunting pulpit—the fires were probably started deliberately.) The police are investigating the matter. We will return to this topic.
Some of the photos come from the Facebook profile of volunteer firefighters from Przejęsław.
