Police officers from the Bolesławiec police headquarters established the identity of a man who used a bank card nine times after its owner lost it near one of the supermarkets. The 31-year-old resident of Bolesławiec was detained, and the card was secured.
The suspect paid for purchases eight times using someone else’s card. (The transaction was declined the ninth time.) The victim lost more than PLN 250.
The 31-year-old admitted his guilt and gave explanations. He now faces up to 10 years in prison.
