During the December meeting of the City Council, Piotr Roman presented the draft budget resolution of the Urban Commune of Bolesławiec for 2018. During the presentation, the mayor spoke, among other things, about the park on Zgorzelecka Street, which will soon become a kind of link between two museums: the Museum of Saint Maria de Mattias, located in the convent of the Sisters Adorers of the Blood of Christ in Bolesławiec, and the Museum of Ceramics, which is to be “relocated” to the current premises of the special school.

The mayor also mentioned that the park on Zgorzelecka Street should be developed so that it represents the identity of the residents of the City of Ceramics. “We want this place to be named after Saint Maria de Mattias, the patron saint of Bolesławiec,” he added.
