The incident occurred on Sunday, September 17, in the morning, in Warta Bolesławiecka. A 43-year-old resident of Warta municipality, who was driving a BMW, failed to give way to a 22-year-old woman from Bolesławiec municipality, who was driving a Seat. The vehicles collided, injuring two elderly people who were travelling in the other car. Both were taken to hospital. Fortunately, it turned out that they had suffered only minor injuries.
The driver responsible for the collision was fined PLN 300.
