Police officers from the Legnica traffic unit actively joined an initiative organized by the primary school in Bieniowice. “The activities had a twofold purpose,” the uniformed officers explained. “Model drivers received sweets from the children, while those who had committed minor offenses, of course, had to eat a slice of lemon with a smile—instead of receiving a ticket.”
During the initiative, those responsible for traffic violations exceptionally avoided penalty points and tickets.
