The incident occurred on Wednesday before midnight, on the road between Ocice and Mierzwin. A truck left the road and came to a stop in a ditch. The truck was carrying concrete structures, which blocked the side road between Mierzwin and Ocice. The Bolesławiec resident driving the truck was fined PLN 250.
As we read on the Facebook profile of OSP Ocice:
(...) Our actions consisted of securing the scene, providing qualified first aid to the injured person and handing them over to the medical rescue team, as well as limiting the spread of vehicle fluids. Three JRG Bolesławiec units—401 21, 401 43 and 401 82—a police patrol and a medical rescue team took part in the operations.
