The incident occurred on Thursday (9 November) between Łaziska and Warta Bolesławiecka. At around 5:20 p.m., three passenger cars collided. The 26-year-old driver of a Volkswagen Passat attempted to overtake a Ford Fiesta, but the latter vehicle was already being overtaken by a VW Golf. A collision occurred.
Fortunately, no one was injured in the collision. Firefighters from Bolesławiec and Warta Bolesławiecka, as well as paramedics and police officers, were at the scene.
The person responsible for the incident—the Passat driver—refused to accept the fine, claiming that he had not been overtaking the Ford. The case will be decided in court.
