The crime took place on Friday, October 6, in an apartment on Spokojna Street in Bolesławiec. 20-year-old Dominik K. killed his 36-year-old mother’s partner. He stabbed the woman in the stomach.
When police officers, alerted by the injured woman, arrived at the scene, the perpetrator himself opened the door for them. He immediately said that he had killed the people living with him.
The 36-year-old man—covered in blood—was lying on the floor. (Resuscitation efforts were unsuccessful.) Dominik K.’s 39-year-old mother was taken to hospital. Her condition remains serious.
K. was sober when he was arrested. The young man admitted to the crime but refused to give an explanation.
The 20-year-old suspect will probably be remanded in custody by the court. He could face life imprisonment.
