Police officers from the traffic unit on Moniuszki Street in Legnica noticed a man who, while riding a moped, began making very nervous movements with the handlebars. The officers stopped him for a check.
The 41-year-old was very nervous; he was unable to answer questions logically. He was tested with a drug tester.
The officers’ suspicions were confirmed—the Legnica resident was under the influence of drugs. What is more, he had methamphetamine in his pocket. The man was arrested and taken to police custody. He faces up to three years in prison.
