Following recent accidents, new road signs were installed on the route between Łaziska and Warta Bolesławiecka. Signs limiting the speed to 70 km/h, prohibiting overtaking (a solid line), and warning signs indicating another danger, warning plaques stating that accidents occur on this section, as well as guide signs, have appeared.
Many dangerous road incidents have occurred at the bend before Warta Bolesławiecka, already called the bend of death by some. The most recent incident, with tragic consequences, was an incident in which a 61-year-old resident of Warta Bolesławiecka died at the scene.
