Both thefts took place in August at one of the stores in Lubin. At the time, the unknown perpetrator stole branded perfumes worth nearly PLN 6,000 within just two days.
The thief has been detained. He is a 20-year-old resident of Lubin gmina. As it turned out, he quickly sold the perfumes to people he encountered by chance and spent the money obtained this way on his own needs.
The 20-year-old now faces up to five years in prison.
