Dog tied to tree in Golnice dies; search for perpetrator

On Sunday, 27 August, a dying dog was found in Golnice near Bolesławiec. The dog had chewed through the leash with which it had been tied to a tree, but was so exhausted that it no longer had the strength to seek help.

Please share this information. Dolnośląski Inspektorat Ochrony Zwierząt is looking for witnesses to the incident or someone who recognises the dog and can help find the perpetrator. The dog could not be saved; it died in the arms of the person who miraculously found it.
