Jaś was born at 23 weeks (weighing 695 grams) with respiratory failure, pneumonia, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, sepsis and retinopathy of prematurity. The boy is a resident of Lwówek Śląski municipality and needs Synagis, a medicine that is not reimbursed.
– We are raising money for rehabilitation, specialist appointments and Synagis – says Paweł Wójtowicz, the organizer of many charity campaigns. – On behalf of Jaś, we appeal to People with Big Hearts for help with his treatment. Together, we can achieve much more!!!
