The incident occurred on Saturday, August 19, in Dobra (Bolesławiec gmina). The driver of a VW car, a 22-year-old resident of our county, was driving too fast, ran off the road and hit a tree. The vehicle rolled over.
The man was travelling alone. (Fortunately, he suffered no serious injuries.) He was fined PLN 100.
