On August 15 at 12:50 a.m., the duty officer at the Municipal Police Headquarters received information that an argument between two drunk women had broken out in one of the apartments in Legnica. What is more, a small child was reportedly also in the apartment. Police officers immediately went to the indicated address.
In the apartment in question, they found a woman and a man. Both informed the officers that they had been drinking vodka with a female acquaintance. The two women then got into an argument.
After a while, it turned out that the 26-year-old was still in the apartment—she had hidden in another room with her 9-month-old son when she saw the patrol car parking outside the building. The woman was completely drunk. She had more than 2 per mille of alcohol in her breath.
Moreover, because she was behaving strangely, she was tested with a drug analyzer. It emerged that she was also under the influence of drugs.
The irresponsible mother was arrested. She faces up to five years in prison. Her son was taken to hospital.
