The theft took place in June in Bolesławiec County. Police found the property originating from the crime on one of the properties in the Nowogrodziec gmina. In utility buildings, they discovered a ride-on mower, a plate compactor and a drilling rig. The total value of the recovered items, which will be returned to their owners, exceeds PLN 35,000.
Three people were detained. The 34-year-old and 26-year-old men were charged with theft. The 32-year-old suspect will face charges for handling stolen goods. (All those detained are residents of Bolesławiec County.) All three face up to five years in prison.
