At the beginning of May, the Lubin police received four reports of thefts that had occurred in shops in Lubin. Over the course of two days, designer clothes and perfumes worth nearly PLN 6,000 were stolen by an offender who was unknown at the time.
The thief turned out to be a 19-year-old resident of Świdnica County. The teenager was arrested. He quickly sold the items he had stolen to people he happened to meet, and used the money for his own needs.
The 19-year-old suspect could face up to five years behind bars.
