During the June session of the County Council, local government officials and people connected with county education said farewell to two principals of county schools: Zdzisława Woźniak, the former head of the County Complex of Special Schools and Institutions, and Adam Maksymczyk of the Mechanical Schools Complex. Both are retiring.
Moreover, during Thursday’s meeting, county officials presented appointments to four principals who were appointed for another term: Małgorzata Kowalska of the Rehabilitation Complex in Iwiny, Laura Słocka-Przydróżna of the General and Vocational Schools Complex named after Maj. Henryk Sucharski in Bolesławiec, Cezary Czernatowicz of I LO, and Jacek Jurkiewicz of the “Budowlanka.”
Moreover, County Head Karol Stasik presented L. Słocka-Przydróżna with a letter of congratulations. The institution headed by the principal once again received the title of “Highest-Quality Vocational School.”
