The exercise scenario assumed that a fire had broken out on the ground floor of one of the barracks buildings as a result of an electrical short circuit. Despite an attempt to extinguish it using portable firefighting equipment, the fire quickly spread throughout the entire floor of the building.

During the training, the practical evacuation of people from the burning building to a designated assembly point was demonstrated, along with procedures for cooperation between the duty service and the fire service, as well as the medical evacuation team and SUFO.

In the second part of the exercise, training was conducted on the principles of using portable firefighting equipment, combined with practical fire suppression.

The exercise involved the Military Fire Service from Świętoszów and the State County Fire Service from Bolesławiec. It was organized by the fire protection inspector of the 23rd Artillery Regiment, Senior Warrant Officer of the General Staff Grzegorz Szczęsny, and Captain Krzysztof Oko from the Military Recruitment Office in Bolesławiec. The exercise was supervised by the head of the Wrocław Delegation of the Military Fire Protection Service, Lieutenant Colonel Wiesław Cieśla.
