The project aims to encourage people over 60 to leave their homes, meet friends and integrate with the local community. The programme would not have been possible without the positive response to the idea from the owners of restaurants and cafés in Bolesławiec, including El Pablo, Season Bistro, Kurna Chata, Piwnica Paryska and Pasja Cafe pod Arkadami.
The “Coffee for Seniors” project is aimed at residents of Bolesławiec—women and men over 60, regardless of their financial and living situation or income. During the project, vouchers are planned to be issued, allowing seniors to order coffee—instant, espresso or ground—in a restaurant of their choice, AT THE PROMOTIONAL PRICE OF PLN 3.
