The medal-winning campaign began with Marcelina Drozdek and Marcel Michnowski in the 5,000 m race walk, confidently winning gold medals with times of 28:16.23 and 28:34.55, respectively. The other gold medalists were:
- Jakub Karaban in the decathlon (5,233 points)
- Michał Zazula in the pentathlon (2,808 points)
- Tobiasz Burzyński in the 3,000 m race (9:20.82)
- Kacper Popławski in the 400 m hurdles (58.82 s)
- Gracjan Kozak in the shot put (15.80 m) and discus throw (45.50 m)
- Mateusz Bobrowski in the 2,000 m steeplechase (6:38.28).
Silver medals were won by:
- Eryka Janiec in the long jump (5.00 m)
- Aleksandra Wołoszyn in the 1,500 m race (5:13.25)
- Martyna Bedełek in the high jump (158 cm)
- Mateusz Tofil in the high jump (205 cm)
- Krzysztof Kamiński in the high jump (180 cm)
- Dobrosława Pietrkiewicz in the discus throw (28.63 m)
- Michał Sobkowicz in the 400 m hurdles (58.94 s).
The bronze medals went to:
- Krzysztof Kamiński in the decathlon (5,015 points)
- Natalia Zakrzewska in the 5,000 m race walk (31:38.84)
- Eryka Janiec in the triple jump (10.47 m)
- Jan Wasilewicz in the javelin throw (48.67 m)
- Michał Sobkowicz in the 110 m hurdles (16.49 s), Jakub Karaban in the pole vault (3.10 m)
- Weronika Godek in the high jump (1.50 m)
- the women’s 4×100 m relay (52.14 s), running with: Eryka Janiec, Aleksandra Stupiec, Magdalena Przystarz, and Anna Rudek.
