The matter was reported to us by a Reader: “A serious accident occurred between Osiecznica and Parowa, near a forest parking area. For about an hour, the sirens of emergency services could be heard. An acquaintance, driving past, saw a car that had literally crashed into the trees.”
As it turned out, the 49-year-old driving the Toyota fell asleep at the wheel. Fortunately, neither he nor the 24-year-old passenger suffered more serious injuries. The person responsible for the incident was fined PLN 250.
