The children gathered in the gymnasium, each student with their own book. There was one goal: reading for pleasure. The valuable campaign promoted reading.

“We want to show the public that young people read more than adults,” says librarian Elżbieta Szczegodzińska. “Reading should be promoted above all among children and young people. Let young people see that reading books is a reason to be proud, not a relic of the past,” adds the teacher.

The “How Can I Not Read, When I Read” campaign is primarily about promoting reading among students, initiating a reading trend, showing students who do not read that books are popular among their peers, and that a book is not merely required reading for failing to read which they are punished, but above all a pleasant way to spend time.
