Silver medals went to: Mateusz Bobrowski in the 2 km steeplechase (6:47.17 min), Gracjan Kozak in the discus throw (47.10 m), Mateusz Tofil in the high jump (2.00 m), Paweł Jóźwiak in the long jump (6.80 m), Wiktoria Tomczyk in the discus throw (31.97 m) and shot put (9.62 m), Anna Rudek in the 100 m hurdles (16.3 s), Dobrosława Pietrkiewicz in the discus throw (32.25 m), and Kacper Popławski in the 400 m hurdles (58.61 s).

Bronze medals were won by: Aleksandra Wołoszyn in the 2 km steeplechase (8:09.61 min), Malwina Towenek in the 200 m hurdles (35.78 s), Maja Karasiewicz in the discus throw (28.80 m), Daniel Najdek in the 800 m (2:01.66 min), Magdalena Przystarz in the 400 m (63.1 s), Wiktoria Tomczyk in the javelin throw (26.60 m), Piotr Posłuszny in the 100 m (11.3 s), Gracjan Kozak in the shot put (15.12 m), Kamil Krawiec in the javelin throw (46.95 m), and Krzysztof Kamiński in the combined events (5,015 points).

Fourth-place finishes were achieved by: Amelia Jackowska in the combined events (2,161 points) and Julia Sandak in the discus throw (23.94 m).

Those who finished fifth were: Piotr Posłuszny in the 200 m (23.57 s), Marcel Michnowski in the javelin throw (40.34 m), Magdalena Przystarz in the 200 m (27.30 s), Wiktor Wilk in the 800 m (2:15.34 min), Eryka Janiec in the combined events (3,261 points), and Katarzyna Burak in the shot put (8.38 m).

Sixth-place finishes were achieved by: Paweł Jóźwiak in the 200 m (23.33 s), Kamil Herbut in the 600 m (1:33.57 min), Sandra Flis in the 200 m (29.83 s), Dominika Karaban in the discus throw (22.75 m), Kornel Gruszecki in the combined events (1,769 points), and Martyna Bedełek also in the combined events (3,156 points).
