A man reported to the Municipal Police Headquarters in Legnica that the person to whom he had rented an apartment had vandalized it. In addition, when leaving the premises, the 22-year-old woman took property belonging to the reporting party: 2 televisions and household appliances. The owner estimated the losses at PLN 9,000.
It turned out that the woman had rented the apartment for two months, after which she left without informing the owner that she was terminating the rental agreement.
The woman was arrested. She will face charges of misappropriation and destruction of property. She faces up to 5 years in prison.
