During the night of November 4–5, police officers received a report of a domestic dispute. At the scene, officers found a 27-year-old woman and a 36-year-old man. Both were extremely drunk (the woman had a blood alcohol level of 2 per mille, while the man’s was half a per mille lower) and were caring for a 3-month-old boy in that condition.
The infant was taken to hospital for observation. If it turns out that the detainees exposed the boy to the danger of loss of life or serious injury to his health, they may face a sentence of up to 5 years in prison.
