Councillor Dariusz Mucha, who was excluded from the mayor’s Forum club, submitted a motion during the April session to supplement the minutes of the previous session. D. Mucha’s letter reads, among other things:

I request an unequivocal description of the situation:

  • at what point Deputy Chairman Eugeniusz Kowalski interrupted the proceedings before announcing the break [...]
  • what circumstances caused the Deputy Chairman to interrupt the proceedings [...].

The opposition councillor added in the motion that the Deputy Chairman had made a decision contrary to the Statute of the Bolesławiec City Council. Eugeniusz Kowalski, who chaired the April proceedings, ordered a 30-minute break.
